of the deceased and your email address and/or mailing address to
receive a thank you note from NLBIA, and if available the email
address and/or mailing address of the family of the deceased.

PayPal provides a “special instructions” box in which you can add
your memoriam information. Please note this box does not appear
on the mobile-version of PayPal or on devices like iPads, tablets,
iPhones, and other smartphones. Otherwise, this box will appear
on the last page before you finalize your donation with PayPal.
