Libraries

Public Libraries

There are 96 public libraries throughout Newfoundland and Labrador and the services are offered free of charge.

As well as providing a wide selection of print material the public libraries also provide free internet access, books on DVD and, Ebooks. Also a Home Reader Service which provides free delivery of books and other library materials is offered in St. John’s and Corner Brook.

Newfoundland and Labrador Law Library

The Law Library is open to the public and the Librarians will assist you with finding appropriate legal information. While the Librarians can assist you with your research they cannot give legal advice. Please call ahead to ensure that assistance is available.
